The grinding roller sleeves of their cement plant have been replaced frequently in recent years. They had considered repairing them before, but the cycle was a bit long and caused a reduction in production capacity. They had to shut down for maintenance every year. He hoped that we could send professional technicians to their factory for technical guidance and hoped that we could manufacture more wear-resistant roller sleeves to help them increase production capacity.
Based on their working conditions and our technical experience, our technology has developed a new stu + surfacing roller, the base of which is made of high-strength alloy steel plus column nails. The presence of column nails increases the number of contact points between the roller surface and the material. When the material interacts with the roller, the column nails share the friction and pressure originally concentrated on the roller surface. The structural form of the column nail enables it to produce a certain elastic deformation when it is impacted by the material. This elastic deformation can absorb part of the impact energy and reduce the damage to the roller base caused by the impact. Especially when handling large pieces of material or unstable material flow, the column-nail cladding roller can effectively prevent the roller surface from being damaged by cracks or peeling due to instantaneous high impact force, thereby extending the overall service life of the roller. Weld tungsten carbide welding wire with high hardness, high wear resistance and appropriate toughness on the surface of the substrate. Compared with the traditional cladding roller structure, the stu + surfacing roller can reduce the replacement frequency of the roller and reduce production costs.
